  • Agar yoga karte waqt zara sa bhi taklif ho to yoga ko wahi rook de aur aaram kare.
  • Jayada problem hone par doctor ki salah lein.

  2. Niyam (Aatm-anusandhan)
  3. Aasan
  4. Meditation
  5. Samadhi
  6. Prayanam
  7. Dharan (Eakagrata)
  8. Prattyahar
