Apne aap ko fit rakhne ke liye loog kya se kya nahi karte, mahngi dawaiyo ka sevan aur trah trah ke diet chart follow karte hai. Aur agar inse bhi koi fayda nahi pahuchta to ant me Ayurveda ki dawaiyo ka sahara bhi lete hai.

  • Body me agar khoon ki kami ho to bhi aap ke wajan par asar pahuchta hai, kyoki isse aap kuch bhi khaye aap ko isse koi asar nahi padega.
  • Kisi bhi trah ka koi exercise yaa sharirik kaam na karna.
  •  Khane ke prati koi ruchi na hona.
  • Kisi trah ka koi tension yaa pareshani ka hona.
  • Pachan shakti ka kamzoor hona, bhi sharir me dublepan ka karan ho sakta hai.
  • Hyperthyroidism ke karan bhi waykti dubla rahta hai.

Vajan ko khatana jitna mushkil hai, utna hi aasan wajan ko badana hai. bus iske liye aap ko kuch importent rules hai jinhe regular follow karna hoga, aisa karne se aap ka wajan aasani se badh jayega. Aaj hum aap ke liye laye hai kuch aise gharelu nuskhe jinki madad se aap apne aap ko jald hi healthy kar payege.

Shatavari aur mulethi:

Jin logo ki immunity kamzoor hoti hai, unhe apna weight badhane ke liye iska sahara lena chahiye. kyoki jinki immunity kamzoor hoti hai unka weight badhna bahut mushkil hai. Isliye apne wajan ko badhane ke liye aap iski madad lein sakte hai.

  • Agar aap ek best shatavari churan dhud rahe hai yaa phir soch rahe ki kaon sa kharide to aap patanjali shatavari churan ka use kar sakte hai. yah aap ke pachan kiriya ko sakriye kar dega.

Ashvgandha:

Aap ashvgandha ke chran ka istmaal kar bhi apne wajan ko badha sakte hai agar aap ko nahi smajh aa raha ki kaon si dawayi lein to Patanjali ka ashvgandha churan bhi kharid kar ise regular khaye, Maine kai logo se sunaa hai yah kafi asardar hai.

  • Ashvgandha ke churan ko ek gilaas gungune pani me milaye, iske saath hi ismein thora makhan (butter) milaye, Aur sone se pahle rooz raat ko iska sevan kare. Isse bhi aap ka wajan badega.

Milk aur banana:

Apne wajan me jald se jald fark dekhne ke liye aap dudh ko regular apne diet me shamil kare. ise subah shaam me zaroor piye. iske saath ismein kela mila kar iska sevan karne se bhi aap ko apne wajan me changes dikhayi  dega aur aap khud ko fit mahsoos karege.

Kishmish aur anzeer:

Kishmiah 25-30 garam lein, aur sukhi anzeer ke 8 dane lein kar ise pani me bhigokar shaam ko rakhde aur agle din ise paani se nikaal kar din me 2-3 baar khaye. aap ko isse zaroor fhayda pahuchega.

  • Wajan ko badhana jitna aasan dikhta hai hai utna hai nahi, kyoki oily chijo ko kha kar aap bhi aasani se apne wajan ko badha lege ilekin isse sirf aap mote hoge, helthy nahi. fit rahne ke liye zaroori hai protein, fiber aur vitamin ka sahi matra mein sevan karna.
  • Agar aap bhi such me fit rahna chahte hai to oil nahi vegetable ka sahara lein, jaise aalu. Aalu me carbohydrate ki matrah bahut adhik hoti hai. apna wajan jaldi badhane ke liye aap aalu ki madad lein sakte hai.
  • Agar aap kisi diet breakfast ko dhud rahi hai apne wajan ko badhane ke liye to daliya ki madad bhi lein sakte hai. aap regular nashte me daliya ka sevan kare isse bhi aap ko fit rahne me madad milegi.
  • Agar aap non veg kha sakte hai, fish aur anda apne food me add kare.
  • Aap panir ko bhi kha sakte hai isse bhi aap ko khoob sara protine milega.
  • Dry fruit ki madad se bhi aap apna wajan badha sakte hai, badam kaju yah sabhi aap rooz 2-3 khaye.
