Yah ek trah se panjab ki sabse special dish mani jati hai, To chaliye jaante hai Sarson ka saag aur makki ki roti banane ki vidhi ke baare me joki aap ko zaroor pasand aayegi……

Sarson ka saag banane ke liye:

Samagri:

  • Sarson saag -750 gram.
  • Paalak saag -250 gram.
  • Bathuoa saag -250 gram.
  • Paani-2 cup
  • Makke ka atta -1 1/2 cup
  • Namak -Savadaanusaar
  • Hari mirch -4
  • Adrak -1 tukda
  • Pyaaj -2
  • Laung -6
  • Ghee -100 gram.
  • Laal mirch powder -1/2tbsp
  • Garam masala -1/2tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder -1/2tbsp

Vidhi:

Sarson saag, Paalk saag aur bathuoa saag ko achchi tarah se saaf karke, dhokar cooker me namak aur paani ke saath dale. 3-4 seti lagaye aur gas off kar de. saag se paani nikaal le aur paani ko ek or rakh de. saag ko achchi tarah se maish kare aur usme makke ka atta dalkar milaye. gas on kare. ab cooker me saag waala paani aur agar jaroorat ho to usme thoda sa aur paani dalkar dhimi aanch par lagataar chalate huye saag ko pakaye. hari mirch aur bareek kata hua adrak dale. dhimi aanch par saag ke gaadhhe hone tak paakaye. tadke ke liye kadahi me ghee garam kare aur usme bareek kata pyaaj, laal mirch powder, garam masala powder, dhaniya powder aur laung dale. pyaaj ke sunhara hone tak pakaye. ab taiyaar saag ko iss tadke me dalkar mila le.

Makke ki roti: 

Samagri:

  • Makke ka atta-1/2 kilo
  • Paani – guthane ki liye
  • Ghee- senkne ke liye

Vidhi:

Makke ki roti banane ke liye atte ko achchi tarah se gund le. tava garam kare aur uss par thoda sa ghee lagaye. roti bele aur halka sunhara hone tak seke. sarson ka saag , gud aur makkhan ke saath sarve kare.
