Ramadan ka pak mahina shauru ho chuka hai, Aur iss mahine sabhi sab kuch bhul kar khuda ki ibadat karte hai, roze rakhte hai jismein wah subah se shaam tak na kuch khate hai aur na hi pite hai.. Ramadan ke iss mahine me yah bahut zaroori hai  aap apni health ka khas khyaal rakhe. Allah pak ki ibadat ke liye kya bachche kya budhe sabhi roze rakhte hai aur aise me kai baar wah apni health ka bhi khyaal nahi rakhte hai aur bimaar pad jatein hai isliye yah zaroori hai ki aap apni health ka khaas khaayal rakhe, Aaj hum aap ko kuch aise hi tips batane wale hai ki, kis trah aap roze rakhte huye bhi apni health ka khayaal rakh sakte hai aur khud ko bimaariyo se door rakh payege.

Shehari me khaye healthy food:

Aap pure din ka roza rakhne wale hai aise me zaroori hai hai  ki subah shehri me daliya, saabudana aur ots jaise healthy food se start kare. Yah aap ko poshan dega. Agar aap ki ichcha ho to aap chay yaa toast bhi le sakti hai. Fruit ko add karna na bhulein. ISke saath hi salad, chapati, dudh, soup aur falo ka juice ko bhi shehri me shaamil kare yah aap ko poshan aur din bhr roza rakhne me madad karegi. Apni helth ka khyaal rakhte huye aisi chij bilkul na khaayein jinki wajah se din me aap ki pyaas badhne lage for example: egg yaa jayada salty food.

Iftar ke waqt ka khanpan:

Iftar khajur se kholein, kyuki ismein natural sugar hoti hai jisse roze ki wajah se kam hua sugar level balance me aa jataa hai. Isliye ise zaroor khaye. Iske saath hi aap salad daal, chawal egg aise hi kuch healthy food ko khaye, Jayada tali aur non veg chijo ko khane se bache.

Khan paan me rakhe santulan:

Ramadan me roze ke waqt aap ko apne khan paan ka khaas khyaal rakhna hai. aise food ko apne iftar aur shari me add kare joki aap ko poshan aur pure din roza rakhne ki taqat dein. ISke liye zaroori hai aise food ka saven kare jise pachane me waqt lagein. jaise daal, anjeer ke fal, aanaj aur fruits. Yah aap ko pure din roza rakhne me madad karega.

Puri trah se need le:

RAmadan ke waqt zaroori hai ki puri trah se jayada se jayada ki need lein. kam se kam 8 ghante to zaroor soyein. Agar aap apne subah ki need nahi le paa rahi hai hai to din me waqt nikaal kar soyein. Sharir ko payas yaa thakan na ho iske liye jayada bhagdar wale kaam na kare.

D-hydration se bachna bhi hai zaroori:

Garmiyo me aksar D-hydration ki problem hona aam baat hai, Aise me iftar aur shahri ke waqt jayada se jayada paani piye. dudh juice aur vegetables ka savan karne se D-hydration se bach sakte hai isliye inhe zaroor apne food list me add kare.
