Aaj main aap ke liye layi hu meri favorite palak tikki ki recipe, Jise mujhe gravy ke saath banana bahut pasand hai. Yah panjab ki bahut hi special dish hai jise wah makhkhan se saath khana bahut pasand karte hai. Yah bahut hi lasam hoti hai….. aap bhi ise zaroor try kare. Aap ko bhi yah bahut pasand aayegi. Samagri:

Tiki banane ke liye:

  • Palak saag- 250 grm
  • Bread slice- 6 (pani me bhigoya huya, par baad me usein istmaal se pahle uska pani nikaal de)
  • Jeera- 1 chmmach
  • Pyaaz- bareek kate
  • Laal mirch powder- 1/2 chmmach
  • Haldi powder- 1/2 chmmach
  • Nimbu ka ras- 1 chmmach
  • Tail- talne ke le liye
  • Namak- svadanusaar

Gravy ke liye:

  • Payaj- 2 kate huye
  • Lahsun Adarak ka paste
  • Kari patta
  • Dhaniya powder- 2 chmmach
  • Jeraa- 1/2 chmmach
  • Gram masala powder- 1 chmmach
  • Sabji masala- 1 chmmach
  • Tomato puree- 1 cup
  • kali mirch powder- chuti bhar
  • Haldi powder: 1/2 chmmach
  • Laal mirch- 1 chmmach (svadanusaar)
  • Salt- svadunsaar
  • Oil
Vidhi:

Sabse pahle hum palak ki tiki banane ki recipe ke bare me janege: Palak ko dho kar achchi trah se saaf kar le, Karahi me tail garam kare aur usmein jeera dhale. Iske baad isme palak ka patta dhal kar thori der pakaye jab tak ki uska sara pani aap ko bahar aataa na dikhe,,,, Ab gas ban kar de. aur palak me jo pani bachcha rah gaya hai use hato ki madad se nichode kar palak ko mixture me pees le. Lekin aap ne jo palak ka pani nikala hai usein bahaiye ga nahi. baad me aap use gravy me istmaal kar sakti hai.

Ab mixture me aap ne jo palak peesa hai use bahar nikal kar tiki ki sabhi samagri usmein milaye aur gunth le. Zaroorat ho to usmein thora sa chaval ka aataa milade. Iss misrun ki chhoti chhoti tiki bana kar tail me tal de. last me thora paste chhode de aap ise agar gravy me dhalegi to isse gravy ka taste aur bhi jayada achcha hoga……

Ab hum jaane ge iski gravy kaise banaye: Sabse pahle Tail garam kare usmein geera aur kari patta daale, Aur phir pyaaj dhaal kar thori der laal hone tak pakaye, Phir ismein haldi powder, jeera powder, kaali mirch powder, laal mirch powder aur adar lahsun ka paste dhaal kar achchi trah se pakaye. Jab yah achchi trah se pak jaye to ismein gram masal aur sabji masala dhale. Aur phir thori der dhimi aanch par pakaye. Ab hum ismein tomato puree dhaale ge aur achchi trah se masale ko bhun lege. jab yah achchi trah se pak jaye to isme paalak ka pani dhale, aur tikki ka paste bhi (ismein thora pani milade) aur saath hi thora aur paani alg se dhale aur achchi trah se paka le. Jab yah achchi trah se pak jaye to aap ismein palak ki tikki dhaal kar gas band kar de.uper se dhaniya patti dhale.  Aur thanda hone par rice ke saath serve kare.
