  • Palak bareek kata huyi-2 cup
  • Besan 3 chammach
  • Pyaaj bareek kata-1
  • Dhaniya patti-1/2 cup
  • Namak savadaanusaar
  • Laal mirch powder savadaanusaar
  • Haldi powder-1/2tbsp
  • Oil

Vidhi-

Palak, Pyaaj aur dhaniya patti ko bareek kaat le. Ab isme besan, namak, laal mirch powder, haldi powder aur ab isme thoda sa paani dalkar gadha paste taiyaar kare. kadhahi me oil garam kare aur iss mishran ki chhoti chhoti goli bana kar dale, aur use fry kare. chatni ke saath garma-garam sarve kare.
