Ganesha ji ki pooja ke liye modak (मोदक) ko banaya jata hai,, yah Ganesha ji ka pasandida waynzan hai. Yah Maharashtra mein banayi jane waliek famous recipe hai. Modak (मोदक) banana bahut hi aasan hai aaj main aap ko iski recipe ke bare me bataugi, to chaliye phhir jante hai modak recipe at home in hindi (मोदक रेसिपी)

मोदक रेसिपी Samagri:

  • Nariyal kasa hua-1
  • Gur- 1 cup
  • Chawal- 2 cup
  • Khs-khs- 1 tsp
  • Kuch dry fruits
  • Ilaychi powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee-1 tsp

Modak Recipe: 

ek bowl me sabse pahle nariyal jo kasa hua hai wah lein usmein gur, saare dry fruits aur khs-khs ko mila kar inhe achchi trah se chmmach se mix kare. Ab ek pan me thora sa ghee lein aur usmein nariyal ka mixture daal kar halka bhun lein. Dhayan rahe hamein ise jyada nahi bhunna hai bas halka mix hone tak ki ise bhune taki gud achchi trah se niryal me mix ho jaye. ismein last me ilaychi powder daalein.

Ab iske baad ek bowl me chawal se 1 1/2 cup jyada pani lein ismein thora ghee daalein aur ubalne ke baad pani ke ismein chawal ka aataa daal kar ise achchi trah mix karti rahe nahi to yah gaath pakad legi hamein ise mix hone tak achche se pakana hai. Ab iske baad hum ise kuch time tak dhak kar rakhegein. 2 minute tak ise pakna ke liye rakh dein. thnda hone ke liye 10 minute ke liye rakh dein.

Ab aate ko kisi parat me nikal kar ise achche se guthlein. jab yah halka garam rahe tabhi ise gunth lein. ise tab tak gunthe jab tak ki yah bikul soft na ho jaye. ab side me sukha chawal ka aataa rakh lein, isse aap ko modak banane me aasani hogi.

Modak banane ke liye sabse pahle aate ka chhota sa tukda lege, ab ise gola kar ke ek catori bana lein. Iske baad hum uss katori me modak ki filling bharege aur ise modak ka shape dene ke liye ismein palette banati jaye jitna ho sakein utni palettes banaye isse modak ka shape achcjha banega ab iske baad ise halke haatho se band kar dein ise uper ki traf choti bana dein jisse ki yah achche se pack ho jaye.. ab sare modak ko aise hi bana kar side me rakh dein.

Ab hamein ise steam karege, ise steam karne ke liye ek bartan me 1 cup pani leinge, aap ke paas agar steam bartan nahi hai to aap idali ka bartan bhi istmaal kar sakti hai. Khair jab pani ubalne lage to steam ke upar wale bartan me ghee lagaye taki modak chipke nahi. Ab hum ismein stand rakh kar iske uper idali wale bartan daal kar hm ise steam hone ko rakhege. yah 10-12 minute me ban kar taiyaar ho jayege.

Iske baad modak ko bartan se nikal lein… aur palette me serve kare. modak taiyaar hai.
