Iska swaad aur sugandh panjab ki mitti ki trah bahut khusbudaar hota hai. methi mater malai ki recipe me kaju dahi jaisi chije milayi jati hai jinme swaad ke saath poshan bhi khub hota hai. Samaagri-

  • 2 bade chammach methi baareek kate
  • 3/4 cup ubale huye matar
  • 1 pyaaj baareek kate
  • 2 tamatar ubale aur chhilake nikaale wa kate huye
  • 1/2 chhota chammach jeera
  • 1/2 chhota chammach kaali mirch
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 bada chammach malai
  • 6-7 kaaju
  • 1 bada chammach khaskhas
  • 1/2 chhota chammach garam masala
  • 2 bade chammach oil ya ghee
  • thoda sa sugar aur namak

paste ke liye-

  • 1 chhota chammach pyaaj
  • 4 haree mirch
  • 1 inch adarak
  • 3-4 lahasun
  • in sabhe ko mila kar paste taiyaar karen.

vidhi-

kaaju wa khaskhas ko 2-3 chammach dhudh mein 15 minute ke liye bhigoye aur paste bana le. karahi me oil garam kare aur isme methi daal kar madhyam aanch par lagbhag 5 minute tak bhune aur nikaal le. Karahi mein oil garam kare aur jeera chatkaye. Ismen baarek kate pyaaj daal kar sunahara hone tak bhune. Ab pyaaj, lahasun, adarak aur hari mirch ka paste daal kar 5 minute pakaye. uper se kaali mirch chidken. kate tamater daale. matar aur methe daale. kaaju, khaskhas ka paste daale. Dhemi aanch par bhune aur milk, sugar wa malai daale. Garam masala wa namak daale aaap ki methi mater malayi taiyaar hai.
