Kathal ka achar bahut chatpata hota hai, Jise banana bahut asan hai.. to chaliye phhir jante hai iss chatpate dish ki recipe ke bare mein…….

Samagri:
  • Kachcha kathal (jack-fruit)- 1 kg.
  • Aam (Mango)- 1/2
  • Sarso ka tail (oil)- 500 gram
  • Namak (oil)- 100 gram (svadanusaar)
  • Haldi- 2 bade chmmach
  • Jera- 1 chmmach
  • Methi- 1 chmmach
  • Klaoji- 1 chmmach
  • Moti saof- 1 1/2
  • Pili Sarso (halki pisi huyi) 50 gram
  • Laal mirch- 2 bade chmmach
  • Hing- 1/2 chmmach
Vidhi:

Hatho me tail laga kar katahal chhil kar achchi trah saaf kar lein. Aur iske ander ka kada  hissa nikal de. Ab katahal ko chhote chhote hisso (1 inch) me kaat lein, iske baad aam ko bhi chhil kar chhote chhote tukro me kaat lein.  Katahal ko bhap me mulayam hone tak paka lein, Phhir iske baad Aam aur katahal ko 5-7 ghante tak dhup me sukha lein, Agar wah sahi se na sukha ho to usein agle din sukhane ke baad hi aage ka kaam shuru kare….

Ab ek karahi ko achchi trah garam kare usmein jera, methi, kalaoji, saof ko bhun kar halka drdra pees lein. Sarso ko bhi pees lein… Ab ek bade bartan me ktahal aur aam lein unhe aapas me milaye, usmein haldi, namak, Laal mirch, Pisa masala, sarso, hing aur tail daal kar achchi trah se sabhi ko miladein. Ab ek achar wali barni lein usmein ise rakhkar  baaki ka bacha tail uske uper se daal dein….Ab barni ko achche se band kar ke ise 6-7 dino tak lagatar dhup me rakhe, jub aachar achchi trah se gal jaye to samjh lein ki aap ka achcha taiyaar hai.
