Kacche Aam Ki Kadhi Banane Ki Recipe

Samagri:
- Besan- 1/2 cup
- Kachcha aam- 150 gram
- Oil- 2-3 tsp
- Hari mirch- 2-3
- Kari patta-10-12
- Heng- 1 chutki
- Jeera- 1/2 tsp
- Haldi- 1/4 tsp
- Laal mirch- 1/2 tsp
- Namak- swadanusaar
Vidhi:
Sabse pahle aam ko achche se chhil de aur phhir uska guda nikaal lein, Ab ek pan le usmein zara sa oil dhalein aur achche se garam kare jab tail achche garam ho jaye to usmein adha jeera dhaliye, jeera ke bhunne par aap usmein haldi aur adha kata aam daalein. Hari mirch ko beech se lambaai me kaat kar daal dijiye masalein ko thora sa bhun lein. 1 cup paani daal kar dhakkar aam ke tukre ko dhimi aanch par naram hone tak achche se pakane dein…….

Jab tak aam pakta hai aap dusari traf besan ka ghol banati rahe, Besan ka ghol banane ke liye ek pyalein me besan aur pani daalein aur usein acche se mix kar dein. 4 minute baad aam ke turo ko khool kar check kare ki wah sahi se paka ki nahi. ab pake huye aam ke tukro me besan ka ghol daaliye, aur usein tab tak pakaye jab tak ki gada na ho jaye.. gas ko tez rakhe, jab kadi me ubaal aye to usmein namak or laal mirch daalein. aur 9-10 minute tak pakaye. aur 2-3 minute tak dhimi aanch par pakaye aur kadi me tadka lagaye, tadka lagane ke liye pan me oil lein usmein jeera hing kari patta ko baarek kat kar daalein. ab last me laal mirch daalein. iske baad ise aap kadi me daal dein aap ka kadhi taiyaar hai.
