  • Migi (khazoor ke beez)- 100 gram

  • Chini-200 gram

Vidhi:

Sabse pahle migi ko achchi trah se saaf kar lein kyuki ismein khazoor ke chilke hi ho sakte hai jinhe nikalna bahut zaroori hai. Krahi me ghee garam kare, Ab ismein migi ko mila kar achchi trah se bhun lein. Garam hone par iske beej chitkate hai jiski wajah se aap jal bhi sakti hai isliye ise halka se plate se dhak kar chalaye taki aap ko chot na lage. Jab beej halke gulabi ho jaye to inhe ek plate me nikal kar side rakh dein. Ab hamein chashini banani hai. Jiske liye pani aur chini ko karahi me achche se ubalein halki ubaal ke baad ise 4-5 minute aur ubalein phhir thora sa plate me nikal kar dekhe kya taar ban rahe hai. yadi nahi to thori der aur paka lein. Ab bhune huye bijo ko chashini me dhalein. Achchi trah se mila dein. ise lagatar chalati rahe aur tab tak milaye jab tak ki yah achche se mix na ho jaye. Ek thal me ghee laga kar usein chikna kar dein. aur chashini wale bijo ko iss par achche se failadein. Ab paag ko chaku ki madad se chaokoor kaat lein. Aap ka migi paag taiyaar hai.
