1. Aap ki aankho ke liye sabse jyada zaroori hai ki aap ka khan-paan kaisa hai matlb aap kaisa khana khaate hai. Isliye jaroore hai ki aap hamesha healthy food lein. Hamesha bhoojan mein poshak tatve jaise Omega-3, lutein, fatty acids, zinc, aur vitamin C aur E ko shaamil kare.

Ab hum baat karege un khas yoga tips ki jinki madad se aap aur hum, apni aankho ko bimari se protect kar sakte hai saath hi yah eye yoga aap ki aankho ki raoshani bhi bada sakte hai. To chaliye ab baat karte hai kuch eye yoga tips ke baare me-

1. Aap apne aankhe khol kar shaantipurwak baith jaye ab apni aankho ko tez-tez 10 baar jhapkaye, iske baad aankho ko 20 second tak band kar ke rakhe. Dhere se apna dhayan sanso par le jaye. Aisa 5 baar kare. yah aap ko shant aur sukoon dega.

2. Apne aankho ko band kar ke shaanti se ek jagah par baith jaye, aur aankho ko band kare ab apne dono haatho ko aapas mein masle jab aap ko haatho par garam mahsus nahi hoto apne haatho ko apne band aankho par rakhe aur kuch deer tak rakhkhe rahe. Aisa 3-4 baar kare .

3. Mait par baith jaye apne gardan ko seedha rakhe ab apne aankho se uper ke oor dekhe phir iske baad neeche ke oor dekhe. Aisa 5 baar kare.

  • Aankho se ek kinaare ki oor dekhe, phir dusre kinaare ki oor dekhe. Aisa 10 baar kare.
  • Ab aankho se uper Right ki oor dekhen aur neeche left kinaare ke oor dekhen. Aisa 5 baar kare.
  • Ab aankho se uper right kinare ke oor dekhen aur neeche left kinaare ke oor dekhen. Aisa 5 baar karen.

4. Andheere mein ek Candle jalaye aur use lagatar ek tak dekhen. Aap chahe to kisi deevar par ek bindi laga kar use lagatar dekh  sakte hai.

आँखों की देखभाल के लिए घरेलू उपाय:                   

1. Aap ki aankhe agar kaam se thaki ho ya suj gayi ho to aap tea-bag ka istmaal kar sakte hain.  iske liye aap ko istmaal kiye gaye  tea-bag ko saaf karke ek box mein rakh kar fridge mein rakh de aur phir jab bhi  aankhe thaki ya suji huyi mahsoos ho to bas aap apne aankho par tea-bag ko kuch der tak rakhe isse aap ko aaram mahsus hoga. Iske istmaal se skin tait hote hai.

2. Agar aap ke eye-lashes bahut halke ya patle hain to aap iske achchi vikaas ke liye 1 chammach olive-oil mein caster oil ke kuch bunde mila kar apne eyelashes par halke haatho se lagaye. Iske daily istmaal se palko ki growth badhegi.

3. Agar aap eyeliner, eyepencil, ya kaajal ka istmaal karte hai aur iske istmaal se aap ke aankho mein paani aata hai to aap ko kisi eye specialist ko consalt karna chahiye. Aur kuch samaye ke liye In sab ko lagana band kar dena chahiye.

4. Aap apne aankho ko  roojana cold water se wash kare isse aankho ko relax mahsoos hoga. Aap chahe to gulaab jal ka bhi istmaal kar sakte hai. aap gulaab jal me nimbu ki kuch bunde daal kar iska istmaal kar sakti hai. isse aankho ke aas-pass jo dark sarkal hoga woh bhi kam ho jayege.

5. Rooz subah ghans par pade oos par nanghe paau chalne se kamjoor aankhe tez hoti hain. Isliye morning walk zaroor kare.

6. Aankho par gulaab jal se bhege hue cotton ko aankho par rakhne se aankho ko rahat mahsos hota hai. Hame apne aankho par khiry ke tukde rakhne chahiye isse aankho ko thandak masus hota hain.
