Samagi/Ingredients For Brown Bread :
- Gehu ka ataa-2 cup (Wheat Flour- 2 cup)
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Active dry yeast- 1 small tsp
- Salt- 1 small tsp (according to taste)
- Sugar- 1 small tsp

Vidhi/How To Make Whole Wheat Brown Bread:
Aate ko kisi bade bowl me nikal lijiye, Ab isme salt, chini aur yeast daaliye. Ab iske uper thora saa gunguna pani daaliye in sabhi ko achchi trah se milalijiye. Ab 1 tsp oil daal kar gungune pani se soft aataa gunth lein. haath me thora sa oil laga kar aate par lagaye aur ise achchi trah chikna kar lein. Bread shape ka ek container le lijiye. container me oil laga kar ise achchi trah chikna kar lein, ab aate ko lmba aakar de kar container me rakhiye. Ab ise achchi trah se set kar dein. Ab container kisi mote kapre se bandh kar achche se dhak dein aur side me rakh dein. Atta ko phulne me 3-4 ghante lagege tab tak ise rahne dein.

Ab oven ko 220 degree par preheat kar lijiye aur bake karne ke bread ko oven me 220 degree par 15 minute ke liye rakh dijiye. kuch time baad bread ko check kijiye agar wah uper se brown dikhe to thik aur agar na dikhe to kuch time aur bake kare. phhir kuch time chaku daal kar check kare ki bread sahi trah se paka hai ki nahi. Bread ke thnda hone par use aaram se bahar nikal le aur 1 semi.. patla patla kaat le aap ka bread khane ke liye ikul taiyar hai.
Take flour in big bowl and make a hole in center. Add salt, sugar and yeast into it. Also add lukewarm water and mix the ingredients nicely. Add 2 tbsp oil and with help of lukewarm water knead soft dough. Grease your hands with some oil and knead dough until smooth. Dough is now ready. Take a bread container. Grease the container with some oil. Place the dough in container and spread evenly. Spread some oil over the dough. Cover the container and keep aside on warm place. Within 2-3 hours dough will get doubled in its size.

Dough is ready, and bake the bread now. Preheat oven at 220 degree centigrade. Place the container over net stand or middle rack in the oven. Set the oven at 220 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. After some time… Check the bread. Bake the bread until it gets golden brown on the surface. Increase the time as required. To check, insert knife in bread, if it comes out clean then bread is ready. Allow the bread to cool for 10-15 minutes. Run knife along all sides to separate the bread from container and place on a board or plate. Spread ghee or butter over the bread. This enhance the looks as well as taste of the bread. Now with help of knife, make 1 cm thin bread slices. Tempting brown bread is ready.
