Hello everybody, today i am going to share with you delicious red velvet Swiss roll cake recipe. red velvet Cake rolls are the easiest, fanciest dessert to make. i think u have to try this. this is really very easy to make. so lets start to make this .. please read this recipe and try this amazing cake roll

Red Velvet Swiss Roll Cake Ingredients:
  • Eggs- 6
  • flour- 100 g
  • Sugar-100 g
  • Cocoa- 1-2 tbsp
  • Red food coloring- 1/2 tbsp
Related cake:


  • Heavy cream- 1/2 cup
  • Mascarpone- 1/2 cup
  • Icing sugar sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract- 2 tsp
Recipe For Swiss roll:

First of all, Preheat oven to 365 and line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper.

Separate the eggs and add the sugar to the yolks, Cream yolks and sugar until white and fluffy (5-8 minutes)

Sift in flour and add food coloring. Incorporate all ingredients into a smooth dough

Fill the 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes. Once baked, dust with powdered sugar and roll

Let the cake chilled in its rolled up shape

Whip up the heavy cream until stiff and add the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla, Whip into smooth cream

Unroll cooled dough. Spread cream evenly across the inside

Roll back up and chill for at least 30 minutes…
