- Egg-1
- Plain flour- 250g
- Caster Sugar- 125g

Method:
Add sugar and butter into a bowl and cream well.
Add egg and flour and mix until it combines.
Put the cookie dough on to the bench and roll to a thickness that you like.
Cut to the desired shape using a cookie cutter.
bake on 180c about 10-15 min
Cool on wire rack and store in an airtight jar.
