Pancake Banane Ki Samagri/Ingredients For Pancake:

  • Maida- 1 cup (All purpose flour-1 cup)
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Shini- 3 bade tsp (sugar- 3 tsp)
  • Dudh- 1 cup (Milk-1 cup)
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp
  • Vanspati tail- 1 small tsp (Vegetable oil- 1 tsp)
  • Butter
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
  • Honey
  • Cooking Soda- 1/8 tsp

Pan cake banane ke liye Ek bowl me maida chan lein  aur usmein baking soda, cooking soda, Salt aur chini dalein ab inhe achchi trah se mix kare.. Ab ismein vanspti oil aur dudh daalein. Insabhi ko achche se mix kar de aur Pancake ke batter ko taiyar kare. Iss baat ka khayal rakhe ki yah na jayada patli ho aur na hi jyada gaadhi, ise bilkul soft rakhe.

Ab ek non-stick pan ko achche se garam kare aur gas band kar usein thnda hone de Ab ismei butter dale taki wah achche se greez ho jaye. Ab ek kalchhi ki madad se cake ke batter ko pan me daliye. 5 centimeter goal akar ka. Jab uper bubble dikhne lage to ise palat de. ab ise dusari traf bhi kuch der pakaiye. Ab gas off kar dein. pan cake taiyar hai.

Sieve the flour into a bowl and add baking powder, cooking soda, salt, sugar and mix it well. Then add vegetable oil and milk. you can also add essence but i didn’t add. Whisk it well and make it lumps free batter, The Consistency of the batter should be like pouring. Keep it aside for 12-14 minutes. Then again mix it well and now the batter is ready.

Heat the non-stick pan for 2 minutes. Then switch off the flame, and let it cool for 1 minutes. The pan should not be too hot nor cool when you pour the batter. Switch on the flame and put the pan on medium flame and grease it with the butter. Pour one ladle of the batter on the pan,  Don’t spread the batter with the ladle. Cook it on a medium flame till the bubbles pop over the pancakes and the back side is turning light golden color, flip it very carefully. Cook from the other sides too till it is light golden in the color. Take out the prepared pancake on a serving plate, garnish with some butter and honey. Delicious egg less pancake is now ready 🙂 🙂
