Easy Almond Flour Cake Recipe–
- Badam powder- 1 cup (Almond powder- 1 cup)
- Maida- 1 cup (Flour- 1 cup)
- Dudh- 1 cup (Milk- 1 cup)
- Chini powder- 1/2 cup ( Sugar powder- 1/2 cup)
- Coffee powder- 1 chhota chmmach (Coffee powder- 1 tsp)
- Baking soda- 1/4 chhota chmmach (Baking soda- 1/4 cup)
- Chhoti illaychi- 6-8 (Green cardamom- 6-8)
- Badam- 20 (Almonds- 20)
- Condense milk- 1/2 cup (Condense milk- 1/2 cup)
- Makkhan- 1/2 cup (Butter- 1/2 cup)

Take butter and powdered sugar in a big bowl and churn nicely.
When butter and powdered sugar gets puffy add condensed milk into it and whisk again.
Strain maida, baking soda, baking powder in another bowl.
Also, add grounded almonds and cardamom powder (you can also add vanilla essence instead of cardamom powder). Add 1-2 tsp milk in instant coffee powder and mix until all lumps dissolve. Mix this in butter-powdered sugar batter.
Preheat oven at 180-degree centigrade for baking cake.
Prepare the cake pan.
Take 7-inch long silicone heart shape cake pan and grease it with some butter.
You can even use olive oil for greasing the pan. Mix dry ingredients batter with wet ingredients batter and keep adding little milk at a time.
The batter should not be too thick or too thin inconsistency.
Prepare a batter with nice consistency.
Pour the batter in the cake pan, tap the pan on the surface so that batter sets nicely.
Garnish the whole almonds over the batter.
For baking the cake, place the pan over a net stand in the oven.
Set the microwave on convection mode at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes and cake.
Bake until cake turns brown from the surface.
The cake appears nice brown from the top.
Insert a knife, it comes out clean.
If you get batter on the knife then bake the cake at 160 degrees centigrade until cake is baked completely.
Within 40-50 minutes almond cake is baked.
Allow the cake to get cool slightly.
Once cooled, take out the cake in a container.
Soft and spongy almond cake is ready. This cake can be stored in the refrigerator for 15-20 days.

Ek bade bartan me Butter aur chini ko dhalkar achchi trah mix kar lein. jab yah achchi trah mix ho jaye to ismein condense milk daal kar, dubaarah achche se milade. Ab ek dusra bartan lein usmein maida, baking soda aur baking powder ko chhan lein. Ab ismein pise huye badam aur ilaychi ka powder daal kar achche se mila dijiye agar aap chahe to aap aap ilaychi powder ki jagah vanilla essence ka bhi istmaal kar sakti hai….
Instant coffee powder me do chmmach dudh daal kar coffee ke ghulne tak achchi trah mix karti rahe. Aur ab ise butter aur chini ke ke mixture me dhal kar miladein. Ab baking bartan lein usmein butter lagadein taki paste bartan me chipke nahi.
Ab aap ko patle mixture ko sukhe mixture me milakar thore thore dudh daaltein huye ek achcha se ghol taiyaar kar lein jiko na hi jayada mota yaa gadha ho aur na hi jayada patla. ab taiyaaar mixture ko baking pan me daal kar achche se set kar ke uper se badam laga dijiye. Ab micro wave ko 180 dgree par heat kar ke 20 minute ke liye set kar dijiye. aur cake ko check kijiye. agar cake achcha brown dikhraha ho yaa chaku daal kar bhi dekhe ki wah chipak raha hai ki nahi, agar sab kuch thik hai to aap ka cake taiyaar hai aur yadi nahi to ovan ko 160 dgree par rakh kar 30-40 minute tak aur pakaye. Ab cake ko bahar nikaal lijiye aur thori der baad jab wah thanda ho jaye to aap ka cake khane ke liye taiyaar hai……
