Agar hame apni body ko saaf, mulayam aur healthy banana hai to hame pure hafti ka skin care routine banana hoga aur agar puri hafti skin care routine ko maintain kiya jaye, to hamare skin healthy rahegi. to chaliye ab hum baat kare ge ki kis trah se aap apna health care daily routine bana sakte hai.

Monday’s routine-skin care routine steps

Skin- Hafte ke pahli din ki shuruvaat monday se hoti hai aur agar hafte ka pahla hi din achche se gujar jaye to pura hafta bhi achchi se gujarta hai.Agar rojana skin par toner ka istmaal kiya jaye to isse hamari body saaf aur chamakdaar najar aaye gi. aap ghar par hi toner bana sakti hai iske liye aap ko thoda sa nimbu ka ras, gulab jal aur gilisreen in sab ko braabar matra me milaye.Nahane ke baad ise apne khule hue hisso par lagaye. iske roojana istmaal se aap ke skin nikhregi aur sovasth rahigi.

Hair-oil- Balo ki majbooti ke liye rojana oil se masaj kare. Agar aap ko lambe baal chahiye to aap ko rojana oil lagana chahiye. nahane se 1 ghanta pahle baalon me gungune oil se maalish kare, jisse baalo ki jado me oil puri tarah se sokh le, ya phir gungune paani me taoliye ko dubokar paani nichod le aur iss taoliye ko apne ser par kuch der ke liye baandh le. nahate waqt baalo ko mailde shamboo se wash karle

Tuesday routine-What order do you do skin care?

Body scrubber- Hamein apne face ke saath saath pure sharir ki bhi dekhbhal karne chahiye. jisse ham pura din taja mahsoos kare. sharir ki scrubbing ke liye badaam powder, multaani mitti, besan aur oatmeal ko mila kar paste taiyaar kare aur ise apne puri sharir par lagaye phir dheere dheere scurbbing kare. isse shareer par nikhaar aata hai.

face scruber- Naariyal tail mask-1/2 chammach coco powder, 1 chhota chammach glycerin, 2 chammach jao ka aata, 2 bade chammach kachcha cream milk mila kar sari samagri ko achchi tarah se mix kare aur ise apne face par lagaye. Ise 15-20 minute tak laga rahne de phir paani se face ko dhole. yah pack rukhe aur oily dono skin ke liye achcha hota hai.

Multaani mitti pack- Multaani mitti, dudh, tamater aur shahad ko achchi tarah se mix kare aur face par lagaye. ise 30 minute tak laga kar rakhe aur phir paani se chahra dhole. iss pack ko hafte me do baar lagaye.

Wednesday routine-korean skin care routine morning

Facial exercise- Agar aap bhi chahti hai ki aap ke chahre me kasavat aur skin me softness bani rahe to iske liye facial exercise bahut zaroori hai. kyoki chahre par face pack lagane se chamak to aati hai par zaroori hai ke face ke liye exercise bhi kiya jaye .

Chahra ghumaye- gurdan (neck) niche kare phir dheere dheere upar  ki or la kar piche ke or ghumaye. Ab gardan ko ek or jhukaye. phir dheere dheere dusri or jhukaye. Ab gardan (neck) ko right se left phir left se right ki or ghumaye. Aisa din me ek baar zaroor kare.

Jeebh nikaale- Jeebh bahar nikale aur bina sir ko upar kiye aankho se upar dekhe. Aisa 3-5 baar kare.

Gaalo me hawa bhare- Aap apne muh ko jitna ho sake khole, jaise aap chilla rahi ho. aisa 2-3 baar kare. daye (right) gaal me hawa bhar ke phulaye. phir dusre gaal me hawa bhare.

Naak uthai– Naak ko upar uthaye. Aisa 3-4 baar kare.

Muh chidhaye- muh chidhaye ki mudra me hotho ko daye baye ghumaye.

Thursday routine-

Scrubber

For Oily skin- Multani mitti, tulsi wa pudina ka ras, chandan powder aur dahi mila kar mix karle. Ab ise face par lagaye aur 15 minute tak laga rahne de. phir halke haatho se malte huye chara dhole.

Dry skin- kela, papita, aam, badaam, dahi, jao ka aata, lemon juice aur shahad dalkar ise achchi tarah se mix kare. ab ise apne chahre par lagaye aur dheere dheere halke haatho se scrub karke chahra dho le.

Normal skin- Jao ka aata, badaam ka powder, sukhe santare ke chilki ka powder aur dahi mila kar paste taiyaar kare. ise nahane se 15 minute pahle chahre par lagaye. phir halki haatho se scrub karte huye chahra dhole.

Moisturizer pack- Aalu ka ras, shahad aur tulsi ka ras ko 2-3 bund mila kar paste taiyaar kare aur phir chahre par lagaye. phir 15-20 minute tak laga  rahne de aur phir paani se chahra saaf karle. Ye pack kafi taajgi mahsus karati hai.

Friday routine-

Anti tanning pack- 1/2 cup badaam ka oil, 1/4 cup nariyal oil, 1/4 cup B wax, 1 chhota chammach gajar kasi hui aur 2 bade chammach shea butter mila kar ek kaanch ke jar me dale. kaanch ke jar ko kuch samay ke liye garam paani ke beech rakhe. ise rui se chahre par lagayen aur kuch der baad chahra dhole.

Hair pack- Thode se methi dane ko raat bhar paani me bhego kar rakhe. ise pees le aur isme 2 chammach coconut oil milale. baalo me achchi tarah se laga kar aadhe ghanti ke liye laga kar rakhe aur phir hair ko dhole.

Hair conditioner- 1/2 chammach chai ke patti aur thoda sa paani mila kar ubaalle. baalo ko shampoo se dhoone ke baad hair conditioner ke tarah istmaal kare. aap chahe to beer se bhi apne baalo ko dho sakte hai. isse baalo me chamak aati hai.

hair wash- Green tea me bharpur matra me antioxidants paya jata hai. yeh antioxidant baalo ke vikaas ke liye achcha sabit hota hai. Baalo me green tea ka istmaal karne ke liye ek cup garam paani me green tea ke do pudiya daalen. jab paani thanda ho jaye to isse apne baalo ko dhole.

Saturday routine-

Mini manicure aur pedicure me har hafti apne pairo aur haatho ki dekhbhal kare. hafte ke aakhri samaye me haatho aur pairo ki halat kharab ho jaati hai. isliye aap ke haath aur pair dono saaf aur suvasth rahne chahiye. aap beauty parlour me jaane ki jagah ghar par hi manicure aur pedicure kare. shanivaar ke shaam haath-pairo ko saaf karen, jisse puri hafte khoobsurat najar aaye. iske liye aap ko chahiye…..manicure and pedicure at home

Ab ek tub me gunguna paani le, usme shampoo aur namak ko milaye aur kuch der apne pairo ko paani me dubo kar rakhe. phir foot scrubber ki madad se adiyo ke dead skin ko nikalen. cuticle pusher se cuticle ko push kare. cuticle cuter se naakhuno ke skin ke under in grow nails kaatle. Body oil- Sunday ka din aaram karne ke saath saath apne pure sharir ko bhi aaram dene ka din hai. iske liye jaroori hai ke aap apne body ki oil se masaj kare. aap body oil se puri shareer ki maalish kare aur oil ko ek ghanta rahne de, jisse skin ko puri tarah se nami mil sake. besan, dahi, haldi, sarso ka oil aur lemon juice mila kar paste banaye aur pure shareer par lagaye. body brush ki madad se sharir par brush kare. isse dead skin nikal jayege. iske baad body lotion lagaye.
