Dahi ke bade banane ka trika

Vada Samagri:

  • Urad daal- ½ cup
  • Mung daal- ½ Cup
  • Salt
  • Baking soda- ¼ tsp
  • Jeera- ½ tsp
  • Adrak- 1 tsp
  • Oil

Dahi samagri:

  • Dahi- 2 cup
  • Dhaniya patti kati huyi
  • Hari mirch- 2-3 cup
  • Salt
  • Jeera- 2 tsp
  • Red chili
  • Sugar- 1 tsp

Vidhi:

Vade banane ke liye: Daal ko achche se dho lein, ise 8 ghante ke liye bhigne ko chod de. Ab daal ko achche se saaf kar uska sara paani nikaal lein. Ise achche se peets lein aur ise bilkul gada rakhe. ISmein zara sa bhi pani na milayein. Ab paste ki kisi baratn me nikal kar ise achche se mix kare taki iska paste itna smooth ho jaye ki aap ke vade bante waqt fulein.

Ab mixture me namak, baking powder aur zeera milayein. Ab karahi me oil garam kare aur ab chote chote pade banakar ise achche se oil me tal dein. Dhimi anch par banaye taki yah achche se pak jaye.

Bhagone me 2 cup pani ubalein, ismein namak dalna na bhulein. Ab ise vade dhal de aur ise aise hi kuch time tak bhigoye rakhe

Ab hum dahi banayege, iske liye dahi ko achche se mix kare aur usein freez me thanda hone ko rakh dein.  ismein namak jeera aur laal mirch miladein taki yah achche se dahi me ghul me jaye. Ab vade ko dahi me milade aur ise kuch time ke liye rakh de taki sabhi chije achche se mix ho jaye. Ab aap ke dahi vade taiyaar hai. ise aap laal mirch dhaniya patti aur zera ke saath serve kare.
