Sabse pahle, Ramadan ke iss pak maoke par aap ko khoobsuratworld ki traf se bahut-bahut mubarakbad.. Aaj hum aap ke liye laye hai ek khaas ramadan recipe jiska naam hai : dahi ke kabab jise aap ek baar to zaroor try karna chahege.. To chaliye phhir jante hai dahi ke kabab banane ki vidhi:

Samagri:

  • Dahi (pani nikala)- 1 cup
  • Besan bhuna hua- 2-3 bade chmmach
  • Corn flore-3 bade chmmach
  • Oil- 2 bade chmmach
  • Hari dhaniya- 2 bade chmmach kati huyi
  • Hari mirch- 1 bareek kati
  • Adrak ka paste- 1/2 chmmach
  • Kaali mirch powder- 1/5 chmmach
  • Namak

Vidhi:

Sabse pahle dahi ko kisi suti kapde me baandh kar uski ek potli bana lein, aur potli ko kisi uchayi par latka de aur uske niche ek bowl rakhde. 4-5 ghaye me dahi me extra pani nikal kar bowl me chala jayega aur aap ka bacha dahi bilkul gada ho jayega jise hum hung curd kahte hai.  

Ab hum kabab ki taiyari karege, iske liye ek bade bowl me dahi ko rakhe aur usmein bhuna besan miladein. saath hi bowl me hari dhaniya, hari mirch, Kaali mirch powder, Adrak paste aur namak milade. Ab saari chijo ko achche se mix kar de. Ab corn flore ko ek badi plate me nikaal lein, Iske baad thora corn flore haatho me laga lein. Ab kabab banane jitna besan mixture haatho me lekar uska kabab bana lein. Iske liye mixture ko pahle gola kare aur phhir use chpta kar de isse kabab ka shape taiyar ho jayega, Ab uske dono or corn flore lagalein….

Ab sare kabab ko isi trah taiyar kar lein. Ab tawaa garam kar usmein 2 chhote chmmach tail daalein. Oil ke garam hote hi usmein kabab rakhdein. aur gas ko dhima kar kabab ko halke halke talein. ek or achche se pakne ke baad usein palat kar dusari traf bhi sahi se paka lein. Ab aap isi trah sabhi kabab ko tal lein aur isi ke saath hi aap ka kabab ab taiyar hai ise chatni ke saath serve kare.
