Samagri:
  • Dahi- 1 kg
  • 1 Malmal ka kapra
  • Maida- 120 grm
  • Samundari jhag (Sea foam)- 3 grm
  • Oil
Chashni ke liye:
  • Chini- 500 grm
  • Water- 3 cup
  • Hari ilaychi powder- 1/2 chhota chmmach
  • Kesar- chutki bhr 2bade chmmach halke garm pani me bhigoya hua.
Vidhi:

Dahi ko malmal ke kapre me bandh kar tang dein, jisse ki dahi ka pani nikal jaye. 5 ghante baad use nikal lein. Ab dahi me maida aur samundri jhag miladein. 1 pain me chini aur pani ko ubal kar 2 taar ki chashni taiyaar kare. chashni me ilaychi powder aur kesar milade. Ab chashni ko koyle ki bujhi raakh par rakh de. Ab dahi aur maide ke misharan ke chote chote pede banaye aur ise tail me achchi trah tal de. Inhe chashni me dubo dein. Aur thori der baad aap ise serve kar sakti hai. Aap ka gulab jamun taiyaar hai.
