Samagri:
  • Kabuli chana- 1/2 cup
  • Chay powder- 1 tsp
  • Laal pake tamatar- 2
  • Pyaj-1 bada bareek kataa
  • Adrak lahsun paste- 1 1/2 tsp
  • Hari mirch- 1 bareek kati
  • Laal mirch powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Oil- 3 tsp
  • Salt
  • Hari dhaniya- 2 tsp
Sukha masala powder ke liye:
  • Tez patta- 1 chhota tukra
  • Badi Kaali ilaychi- 1
  • Sukhe dhaniya- 1 tsp
  • Jeera- 1 tsp
  • Kaali mirch- 4-5
  • Laong- 2
  • Daal chini- thodi si (1 inch)

Vidhi:

Chana masala banane ke liye,, Sabse pahle chane ko raat bhar ke liye paani me bhigode, Ab aap ko aage yah karna hai ki, 1 tsp tea (chay ki patti) ko malmal ke kapde me baandh de. iska istmaal chane ko ek achcha color aur swaad ko badhane ke liye kiya jata hai….. Ab chane ko badhi huyi chay, namak aur paani ke saath dhimi aanch par 4-5 sitiya bolne tak pakaye. Ab chay ke paani ko nikaal lein aur ublein huye chane me se bachcha huwa pani bhi kisi bowl me rakh de. Aap iss paani ko aaage bhi istmaal kar sakti hai.

Ab tez patta, badi ilaychi, sukhi dhaniya, jeera, kaali mirch, laal mirch,laong aur daal chini ko kam aanch par 1 minute tak bhun lein. sukha panjabi masala powder banane ke liye bhune huye masalo ko baarek pees lein.  2 tsp ublein huye chane ko mixture me pees lein aur phhir alg se 2 tamator ko bhi mixture me pees lein. 1 kadahi me dhimi aanch par oil ko garam kare Pyyaaj daal kar usein halka bhura hone tak bhunein. Ab adrak lahsun ka paste aur hari mirch ko bhi 30 second tak bhun lein.

Tamater ki purii aur namak milaye lekin sirf thora saa kyuki hamne chane ko bhunte waqt bhi namak ka istmaal kiya tha. Jab tail alg hone lage to gas ko dhima kar ke pakaye. Haldi powder, laal mirch powder aur sukha masala powder (jise hamne aap ko pahlei bataya tha) daal dein. Ab ise achchi trah mila kar 1 minute tak pakana hai, Ab ublein huye matar taiyaar chane ka paste aur paani dhalein (paani wahi use kare jise humne aap ko uper bowl me save karne ko kaha tha)…. Ise achche se paka lein jab tak ki yah mix na ho jaye aur gadha na ho jayein….. Aap ka chana masala taiyaar hai.
