Chana Dal Barfi Recipe In Hindi

Samagri:
- Chane ki daal: 1 cup
- Milk- 1 cup
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Ilaychi powder- 1 chhota tsp
- Kesar- 1 chutki
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Ghee
- Badam, pista

Vidhi:
Chane ki daal ko milk aur water me 6-7 ghanto ke liye bhigo kar rakhe. Phirr ise aadhe ghante ke liye pan me daal kar achche se pakaye, par iss baat ka khayal rakhe ki pan me dudh chipke nahi zaroorat ho to thora sa pani bhi mila de. Ab daal ko mixture me pees lein. Ab pain me ghee garam kare usmein daal daal kar uske halke bhure hone tak usein pakaye lagbhag 40-50 minute tak.
Mixture ko chalatein huye ismein chini, ghee aur halka sa ilaychi powder daalein aur achche se chalayein. ise tab tak pakaye jab tak ki sugar achche se gal na jayein. halwe mein 1 tsp bhigoyi huyi kesar milayein. ab gas ban kar de aur ise kisi bartan me achche se fhaila kar ispar badam lagaye aur kaat kar serve kare…..
