Full Recipe of Caramel Custard Pudding Recipe:
First of all, In a pudding mould, add the sugar for caramelizing with one teaspoon of water and continue cooking until it becomes brown.
And then Spread it all over the mould, rotating the mould to spread the caramelized sugar evenly.
The sugar will harden in 10 minutes.Keep aside half a cup of milk.
After that Mix the custard powder in this cold milk.
And now Boil the remaining milk with ¼ cup of sugar.
When the milk starts boiling, add the custard and continue cooking until it is smooth. Make sure there are no lumps.
Add the vanilla essence. Mix well. Pour this mixture over the prepared mould.
Refrigerate till it sets.
Before serving, loosen the sides with a sharp knife and invert on a plate. Egg less caramel custard is ready to be served. Enjoy this special sweet dish.
