Butter Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • Raw Chicken- 700 gram

Marinade Ingredients:

  • Laal mirch- 1 tsp (red chili-1tsp)
  • Adrak & lahsun paste- 1 tsp (Ginger and garlic paste- 1 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Dahi- 1/2 kg ( Curd-1/2 kg)

Butte Chicken Gravy Recipe in Hindi:

  • White butter- 175 gram
  • Kala jeraa- 1/2 tsp  (Black cumin seed-1/2 tsp)
  • Tomato puree- 1/2 kg
  • Chini- 1/2 tsp (sugar- 1/2 tsp)
  • Laal mirch powder- 1 tsp (red chili powder- 1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Cream- 100 gram
  • Hari mirch- 4 (Green chili- 4)
  • Methi ke patte crush- 1/2 tsp  (Fenugreek leaves-1/2 tsp) crushed

Butter Chicken Banane Ka Tarika:

1 bowl me laal mirch powder, adrak lahsun ka paste, salt aur dahi ko saath me mix kar ke ismein chicken ko bhi achche se mila dein aur ise puri raat freeze me raat bhr ke liye rakh dein. Aap ise lagbhag 6-7 ghante liye rakhe taki yah achche mix ho jaye. aur ab ise marinade karne ke liye oven yaa tandoor me 10-15 minute tak pakaye.

Ab ek pan me White butter ki aadhi matra dalein, Iske baad ismein tomato puree Add kare aur 3-4 minute tak paka lein. Phhir ismein jera, chii, laal mirch aur salt add kare. Ab ismein taiyaar ki gayi chicken ko bhi add kar dein. White butter, cream, hari mirch aur methi ki patti daal kar 5 minute tak achche se fry kar chicken pakne tak chod dein.

How To Make Butter Chicken :

In a mixing bowl, mix red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and curd. Add the raw chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight or minimum 6 hours. Roast the marinated chicken in a oven for about 10-12 minutes until it is three-fourth done.

Heat half the quantity of white butter in pan. Pour in the tomato puree, and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add cumin seeds, sugar, red chili powder and salt. Mix well. Add the prepared chicken, white butter, fresh cream, sliced green chillies and crushed fenu greek leaves. Saute for 3-4 minutes and let the chicken cook. Cook till chicken is done. Serve hot with rice or naan.
