Lapetne ke liye:
- Adrak aur lahsun ka paste
- Mirch powder -1 chammach
- Haldi – 1/2 chammach

- Baigan ke chote tukre -2 cup
- Oil -talne ke liye
- Soof
- Sarso -1 chammach
- Methi -1 chammach
- Kaloji -1 chota chammach
- Jeera -1/2 chammach
- Heeng -1/2 chmmach
- Oil – 2 bade chammach
- Payaj round shape me kati huyi- 1/2 cup
- Lahsun aur adrak ka paste -1 chota chammach
- Hari mirch kati huyi -1 chota chammach
- Haldi – 1/2 chota chammch
- Garam masala -1/2 chammch
- Sukha amchur powder – 1/2 chota chammach
- Namak – Svadanusaar
- Dahi feti huyi -3 chaothai cup
- Taza cream – Aadha cup
- Dhaniya patti -3 bade chammach
Vidhi:
Baigan ko lapetne ke liye taiyaar kiye gaye mishran me dhale. Achchi trah se mila kar 15 minute ke liye alag rakh de, Ab ek karahi me tel gram karke usme bagan ko tal le jab tak ki wah sunhara na ho jaye. Ab ek katori me heeng, soof, jeraa, kalaoji sarso aadi ko daal kar mila de. Ek pan me thora tel garam kare usmein in sabhi ko daal de, Jab beej chatakne lage to usmein pyaaj, Adarak aur lahsun ka paste Aur hari mirch mila kar bhun le. Isme haldi powder, mirch powder, amchur powder aur namak milaye Ab ise dahi, talein huye bagan aur taza cream daal kar achchi trah se milade. 3-4 minute tak pakaye, Hari dhaniya ke saath saja kar Rice aur roti ke saath serve kare……
